Ben Modo founded Prime Potomac in 2006 under the name Premiere Construction. In 2014, the Company relocated to New York City and took its current name. In 2022, the Company completed its move to Houston, Texas, for strategic reasons.
Mr. Modo graduated from New York University with a Master’s in Real Estate Development, with a focus in Real Estate Investment & Finance.
Throughout his twenty years of experience in Construction and Real Estate Development, Ben Modo has accumulated significant hands-on experience.
He personally led the Company's $40 Million Project in Garoua (Northern Cameroon), where the Company built one 4-star hotel and two stadiums for the African Cup of Nations (AFCON) that Cameroon successfully hosted in early 2022. AFCON is Africa’s largest Sport Tournament, and the World’s Fourth Largest Sport Tournament behind the Olympics, the World Cup, and the Euros.
Prior to founding and leading Prime Potomac, Ben Modo worked as Sr. Project Manager for Rolyn Companies, where he successfully led the Kings Point Project, a $31 Million recovery effort in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina in Florida.
Mr. Modo oversees the Company’s operations, including its projects in the United States, Africa, and the Middle East. He is fluent in English and French, with basic communication skills in Turkish.
